Paragon Equity Management is part of Paragon Hospitality Group, which was founded in 1996 by John Crook in Richland, WA. With its roots in corporate housing, the company quickly grew into a multi-faceted, client service-focused organization.
CEO • Owner • Designated Broker
John is our Designated Broker, Owner, CEO, and visionary. He founded Paragon more than 20 years ago and has been growing it ever since. He invests in local projects to make the Tri-Cities a better place to live and work. John also grows really good grapes which he uses to make delicious wine. He and his wife live in West Richland with their two sons, dog, and guinea pig.
Commerical Real Estate Broker
Jenna is our primary Commercial Real Estate Broker. She is organized, dedicated to customer service, and really loves helping clients find the right space for their business. Jenna holds an MBA and BA in Communications from Washington State University. She is married to her high-school love and has three children and a dog.
Accountant Super Hero
Kim is our controller. She’s been with Paragon for more than 10 years and keeps the lights on, the bills paid, and all of us in line. She has the extraordinary ability to handle the finances of our many divisions and stay on top of all the projects we take on. If there were comic books about accounting super heroes, they would feature Kim as the superhero.
Residential Real Estate Broker
Philip prides himself on creating lasting relationships through service to his clients. Real estate has been his passion for many years as he has invested in multi-family housing since 2009, and he looks forward to the opportunity to assist his clients in realizing their dreams through real estate. He enjoys time on the river and soaking in the 300 days of sunshine the Tri-Cities offers along with his wife, Amy, and two children.
Tiffany is our dedicated Property Manager. She has been serving the Tri-Cities market for more than 13 years. Tiffany lives in Kennewick with her husband Dennis and two wonderful daughters. She is the most efficient soul you’ll ever encounter, and loves trying new things with her family.
